Abstract: [Purposes] In recent years,chitosan has become a research hotspot in the field of health due to its benefits such as immunomodulation.This study aims to analyze it from a patent perspective to provide references for industry development.[Methods] Based on literature review and using the incoPat patent database,this study analyzed the development of patent technologies related to the health functions of chitosan in China. The analysis was conducted from dimensions including patent application volume, technical composition,and main applicants.[Findings]The numberof patent applications shows an overall upward trend. They are mainly concentrated in technical fields such as preparations for medical or cosmetic use, therapeutic activity of compounds or compositions,and preparation or processing of nutritional products,providing new innovative ideas and directions for relevant R&D.Among the applicants, enterprises and individuals filed a large number of patent applications but had a low grant rate, while universities and research institutions demonstrated strong R&D capabilities and advanced technical levels, showing complementary advantages.[Conclusions] It is recommended that innovative entities increase R&D investment, intensify efforts in scientific research breakthroughs and the application of research outcomes,strengthen intellectual property management,and continuously enhance market competitiveness.

0 引言

几丁聚糖(Chitosan)又名壳聚糖、甲壳胺、脱乙酰几丁质、脱乙酰甲壳质等,是几丁质在浓碱的作用下脱去分子中的乙酰基后得到的带阳离子的高分子产物,为白色或者灰白色半透明的片状或者粉状固体,略带珍珠光泽,无臭、无毒性,学名为 β-1 ,4-聚-葡萄糖胺,由 1000~3000 个葡萄糖胺分子组成,分子量约为12万~59万[1-2]。(剩余4261字)
