Research on 3D Simulation Optimization Technology of Construction Engineering Based on LubaniWORKS

Abstract: [Purposes] In order to ensure the quality of large-scale complex projects and improve design efficiency,this study conducts efficient optimization design based on the BIM information platform. [Methods] Taking a high-rise residential project in Zhengzhou as an example,we utilized the Luban iWORKS information integration platform to establish a three-dimensional simulation model,perform collision detection,and carry out optimization design for civil engineering and installation engineering. [Findings] Through the Luban iWORKS cloud model review and collision check,numerous pipeline collision issues were identified in the project.Among these,colision problems in the water supply and drainage engineering and fire protection engineering were particularly prominent.These colision problems were addressed through 3D simulation optimization,and an optimization design process based on the Luban iWORKS integrated information platform was summarized.[Conclusions] For colision problems,3D simulation optimization analysis can be performed,adopting optimization methods such as rerouting/avoidance and position adjustment.The 3D simulation and optimization technology based on Luban iWORKS significantly improves design efficiency,reduces the risk of project delays and cost overruns,and is of great significance for the construction of large-scale complex projects.
