Abstract：Thetraininggoalofthemaster'sdegreeprograminagricultureismainlytocultivatehigh-qualitytalentswho serve"agriculture，ruralareasandfarmers".Inthecontextofruralrevitalizationstrategy，thetrainingofamastersdegreein agricultureisparticularlyimportant.However，inhecuentproessofultivatingamastersdegreeinagriculureteproblem of"learningagriculturebutnotlovingagriculture，leamingagriculturebutnotfolowingagriculture"isprominent.Theiportant reasonforthisliesinthelackofideologicalandpolicaleducation.Tothisenditisnecessrytointegrateideologicaland politicaleducationintoallaspctsoftheentireprocesssuchascuriculumteaching，scientificresearch，socialservicesand graduatinemployment，andbuildasystematiceducationsystemfromaspetssuchassubjects，content，methodsandchanelsto achieve knowledge transfer and ability training.Integration with value leadership.
