Abstract：Thespiritualcoreoffarmingculture-beingrotedintheearth，hardworkandstrugle，theunityofknowledgeand action，andservingwithedicationservesasavaluableresourcefortheideologicaldevelopmentofPartybranches，providingvalue orientationandspiritualmotivationforfulfilingtheirroleasstrongholds.Basedonon-siteresearchontheScholofAnimal ScienceandTechnolgyofGuangxiVocatioalUniversiyofAgricuure，theeprtexaminesthealueurentsituatiodii andreasonsfortheintegrationofagriculturalculturalresourcesintotheconstructionofstudentPartybranches.Itaimsto systematicallsortoutthefectivenessandshortcomingsofisintegrationpracticeanddeeplyanalyzethechallngesfacedbyit， andbasedonthis，buildasetofoperableandreplicableoptimizationpathsystem，establishasustainableguaranteemechanism， andprovidereferenceforagriculturaluniversitiestocultivatenewagriculturaltalentswith"oneunderstandingandtwolove".
