Abstract：Therapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologyhasbroughtimportantchallengestoclasroomteachingin collgesanduniversties，andhasalsoprovidedapracticalpathfortheinnovationofteachingmodels.Thispapertakesthe "HorticulturePlant TisseCulture"courseof Huazhong Agricultural Universityasanexample.Aiming atthepain pointssuchas fragmentationoftoreticalowedge，liiosinpracticaloeratioadisucetinterstionofsciplisitrdiioal teaching，bydrawingonsucessfulcasesofrelevantcuriculumreformsinhorticulturemajors，MOOCs，rainclassroomsand virtualsimulationexpeimetsaeintegratedintocurculumcostructionandclasromteaching，andamixedolinedoflie "three-dimensional"inteligentteachingsystemhasbeenbuilt.Thismodelguidesstudentstocompletetheleamingprocessof "knowledgecolltion，processingandtinkingandpracticalaplication"fectivelypromotingtheconstructionofakowledge systemadtheimprovementof teachingquality.Onthisbasis，thispaperfurtherproposesteachingstrategiessuchasbuildinga dynamicknowledgebasedrivenbyaknowledgemapandagenerativeartificialintellgence-asstedlearingsystem，inorderto provideareplicableandreferenceparadigmreference forthedigital transformationof agricultural professionalcourses.
