Abstract：Asanimportantpartoftheagriculturalindustrythebreedingindustryhasbeenthe"favorite"forinvestorsin digitaleconoyatractingtheattentionfrompeopleinsideandoutsidetheindustryWiththerapiddevelopmentofChina’slayer chickenbreedingindustryrelyingonmoderninformationtechnologiessuchastheInternetofThings，bigdata，cloudcoputing， andartfialinteligence，wecollectinformationsuchaschickenhouseenvironmentalparametersandchickenherdbhaviorin realtime，andanalyzeandprocess thedatabybuildingalargemodel.Itisthegeneraltrendtoachievelarge-scale， standardized，automatedandinteligentlayerchickenbreedingandaninevitablechoicetopromotethehigh-qualitydevelopment ofthelayerchickenindustryTakingtheconstructionprojectofSongtaoCountysNationalDigitalAnimalHusbandryIovation ApplicationBase（layerchickenbreed）asanexample，thispapersystematicallytracesthedataarchitecture，operatingmechanism andeconomic-social-ecologicalbenefitsofthe1millonintellgentlaerchickenfamin"FanjingEggValle"，proposesan intellgentlayerchickenbredingsystembasedonbigdataandputsforwardsugestionsforfurtherpromotingtheintegrated developmentoftheentireindustrychainoflayerchickenbredingandrealizing closedmanagementoftheentireindustrychain.
