“赛教融合"视角下农业类高职院校学生返乡就业实践探索

——以苏州农业职业技术学院为例

Abstract:Ruralrevitalizationreliesheavilyontalentsupport,andagriculturalvocationalcolegesserveasthemainchanel forcultivatingsuchtalent.However,thepersistentchallngesofgraduates‘reluctancetoreturntoruralareas,theiriabilityto integrateefectivelyandtheirhighturnoverratesremainprominent.BasedonfrontlineexperienceincareerguidanceatSuzhou PolytechnicInstituteofAgriculture,thisstudyaddresssthreecoredilemmas:graduatesunwillngnesstoeturn,skillsmisatch, anddiffcultiesinlong-termretention.Guidedbycareerconstructiontheory,wehavedevelopeda"competion-teaching integration"modelimplementedthoughath-tepathay:macro-levelpolicyadaptationmeso-evelcuricuustructuring, andmicro-levelnarativeempowerment.Byembeddingstandardsandconceptsfromnationalcareeplanningcompetitions(e.g, theNationalCareerPlaingontestforCollgeStudents)intotheetiretalentcultivationproces,thismodelefectivelyresolves keyissuessuchasinsuficientmotivationskillmismatche,andweakprofesionalidentityamongstudentsreturigtoural areas.Empiricalevidencedemonstratesthatthemodelsignificantlyenhancesstudents‘wilingnesstoworkinruralareas,heirjob competence,andtheirsenseof profesionalbelonging.Thisapproach providesatransferableparadigmforsimilarinstiutionsto address the challenge of talent retention in rural revitalization contexts.
