四川农业效率增长:技术进步是主动力

Abstract:Thispaperusesthenon-parametric Malmquistindexmethodtomeasure theagriculturaltotal factorproductivity anditsdecompositionindicators-tehnologicalprogressidexandtechnologicalefiencychangeindex-fSchuanProvinceaa wholeandits21prefecture-levelcities(autonomousprefectures)from2003to2O21ndfurtherexploresthetemporalevolution andspatialdistributionlawsofthecompositionofagriculturaltotalfactorproductivityResearchshowsthatduringthisperiod, the average annual growth rate of agricultural total factor productivity in Sichuan Province was 3.14% ,of which the agricultural technology progress index increased by 3.46% annually,,while the agricultural eficiency change index fell by 0.31% annually. Fromtheperspectiveofcities(utonomousprefectures),agriculturalTFPinallcities(autonomousprefectures)maintaineda positivegrowthtrendfrom2003to2021,anditsgrowthmainlydependsonthepromotionoftechnologicalprogressratherthan theimprovementof technicaleficiency.Fromtheperspectiveofdecompositionindicators,mostcities(autonomousprefectures)in Sichuan Province show a pattern of coexistence of technological progress and efficiency losses.
