Abstract：Theintegrationofindustryandeducationandinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducation havebecomethecore isuesofvocationaleducationreform.Basedonthe"doublehelix"theory，thispaperfocusesonthe"FlowerProductionCourse" andconstructsandpracticsadpshol-enterprisecollborativeinovationandentrepreneurshipeducationmodelThismodel achievesthedepintegrationoftheoryandpracticethroughthe"doublehelix"structureofschol-enterprisecolaboration. Throughliteratureanalysis，casecomparisonandempiricalresearch，thestudyrevealstheproblemsexistinginthecurent integrationofindustryandeducationandproposestheoperationmechanismandimplementationpathofthe"doublehelix" model.Thepilotpracticeshowsthatthismodelcanefectivelyenhancestudentsinnovationabilty（thewinningrateofprovincial and above competitions increased by 42% ） and employment competitiveness（the rate of employment in the corresponding field increased to 88 % ，and the starting salary increased by 15% ），providing a practical example for the reform of related professional courses in vocational colleges.
