Abstract：Inrecentyears，thepracticeof theNewEra CivilityPractice CenterinXunwu hasprovedthattheNew Era Civility PracticeCenterhasbecomeanefectivecarierforuralrevitalization，playinganimportantoleinstrengtheningXunuspiriual civiliation，atealiiliodpaeledsialiaol.oereeb suchasnsuffcientintegrationofresources，lowmatingofsupplyanddemandfoactivities，poorjobuaranteemchansmsadthe needtostrengthentheconstructionofvolunteerteams.Tothisend，theconstructionoftheXunuNewEraCiviltyPracticeCenter shouldfocusonfouraspects：depeningresourceintegrationoptimizingactitysuply，improvingorkguarantemechanisms，and building a strong volunteer team to further givefullplay tothe supporting roleofcivilitypractice inruralrevitalization.
