Abstract：Digitalinteligenetechnologyisthecoredriving forceofnewqualityproductiveforcesandcancontinueto empowerruralrevitalization.Researchbelievesthatdigitaltechnologybringsmulti-dimensionalvaluetoruraldevelopmentby drivingintellgentindustrialupgrades，asistingecologicallivableconstruction，promotingdigitalinheritaceofculture，and promotingprecisechanges ingovernancemodels.However，curent practice sillfacessystemicchallngessuchasweak digital infrastructure，lackofprofesionaltalents，insuficientdigitalliteracyoffarmers，andprominentcontradictionsbetweendata sharingndsecurityindigitalgovemance.Tothisend，thispaperproposestobuildapracticalpathformuliplecolaboration： first，strengtnthiioofigialadinteligeneifrastrucurendeginginustriescndmproetlevel digitalandintellgeeentductiote;dproesiialliacyoctiatedogeosoiaioot improvethedatagovernancesystem tobalancesharingandsecurity.Inthisway，wecanefectivelyresolvethedilemmaand provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.
