模拟苏打碱处理对不同品种大豆抗逆性比较研究

Abstract:Soilsalinizationisbecoming increasinglyserious.Ithasseriouslyaffectedfoodproductionandsecurityinmany aspects.Itisurgenttoimprovesoilsalinization.Soybeansedlingsaftergrowingfor2weksweretakentosimulateasodasoil environment.Aftertheseedlingsofwildsoybean,No.9316,No.97andBainong6weretreatedwithequalmolarNa2CO3and NaHCO3alkalisolutionsfor72hours,theleavesandrotsofthefoursoybeansweretakentodetect prolineinthematerials Fourphysiologicalindicators:Proline(PRO)content,malondialdehyde(DA)content,catalase(CAT)activityandtotalatioxidant capacity.Aferstatisticalanalysis,theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantdiferencesinsalttoleranceamongiferent soybeanvarietiesanddiferentparts.The MDAcontentandPROcontentinleavesincreasedwiththeincreaseofstresssolution concentration;exceptforCATenzymeatvityinNo.9316,theMDAoftheotherthreesoybeansdecreasedwiththeincreaseof stresssolutionconcentrtion;thetotalantioxidantenzymecapacityof ZhongyeSoybeanandNo.9316decreasedfirstandthen increasedwiththeincreaseofstresssolutionconcentration,whileNo.97andBainong6increasedwiththeincreaseofstre solutionconcentration.CATandPROcontentsinrotsincreasedwiththeincreaseofstresssolutionconcentration,whileMDA andtotalantioxidantcapacitydecreasedwiththeincreaseofstressolutionconcentration.Throughtheaboveanalysis,amogthe foursoybean varieties,9316hashigherMDAandPROcontent,stronger CATactvity,andstrongertotalantioxidantcapacity. Compared with theotherthreesoybeanvarieties,itssalttoleranceisstronger,anditsstressresistanceefect isthebest.
