Abstract：Againstthe backdropofcomprehensivelyadvancingtheruralrevitalization strategy，theOpinionsoftheCPC CentralCommiteeandthe StateCouncilonComprehensively StrengtheningLaborEducationin Universies，MiddleandPrmary ScholsintheNewEraclearlyproposetheconstructionofaneducationsystemthatintegratesmoralintelectualphysical， aesthetic，andlabordevelopment.Thisstudyfocusesonthecounselorworkshopasaneducationalplatformandexploreshow laboreducationpracticescanpromoteacademicatmosphereimprovement.Itfirstanalyzesthethreefoldvalueofcounselor workshopsinfosteringmoralcharacterthroughlabor，suprtingacademicatmosphere，andbuildingpracticalplatforms. Subsequentlyitproposestheepracticalpriciples-ntegratinglocalrsources，orntingtowardacademicatmosperecultiation andconstructingcolaborativemechanisms.Finallitformsafive-dimensionalstrategysystemcenteredon"field-based clasroomsformoralcultivation，university-lcalcolaborationforcoeducation，role-modelguidance，digitalmpowerntfor management，andachievementfeedbacktoruralcommunities，”providingapracticalandoperablepathforuniversitiesto implement the fundamental task of moral education.
