乡村振兴背景下发展新型农村集体经济促进共同富裕的路径研究

Abstract：The Third Plenary Sessionof the2OthCentralCommiteeof theCommunistPartyof China proposedtodevelopa newruralcolectiveeconomy，buildanoperatingmechanismwithclearpropertyrightsandreasonabledistribution，andgive farmersmoreadequatepropertyrightsand interests.The2O24CentralEconomicWorkConferenceemphasizedthateveryeffort shouldbemadetobroadenthechanelsforfarmerstoincreasetheirincome.Inthecontextoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy， developinganewruralcollctiveeconomyisanefetivemeans toincreasefarmers'incomeandbecomerichandpromote commonprosperityAsamountainousareaaroundthebasin，ShawanDistrictismoredifculttodevelopanewruralcolective economy.Therefore，thispaperinvestigatesandstudiesthedevelopmentofthenewuralcollctiveeconomyinShawanDistrict， andanalyzesthedevelopmentmodel，currentsituationandpracticaldifcultiesofthenewruralcollctiveeconomyBasedon this，Furtherexploreways for Shawan Districttodevelopanewrural colectiveeconomy topromotecommon prosperity.
