Abstract:Undertheruralrevitalizationstrategy，thenewbusinessformatofintegratingagricultureandtourismhasbecome animportantcariertoactivatetheruraleconomy.Itsstimulatingefectonvocationalcollegestudentsreturningtotheir hometownstostartbusinessesandfindemploymentnedstobeachievedthroughsystematicmechanisms.Basedonthe perspectiveofagriculture,thispaperanalyzesthecoreatractiveelementsofthenewbusinessformatofintegratingagriculture andtourismtovocationalcolegestudentsreturning home,includingthevalue-addedspaceforagriculturalresourcedevelopment, thedemandforextendedpositionsintheagriculturalindustrychain,thevaluerecognitionofagriculturalculturalinheritancend theinovationoportunitiesofagriculturalbusinessmodels；exploringhepowertransmissonmechanism,coveringmarketdemand traction，professonalabilityadaptation，policyguaranteetransmisson，andenvironmentalsupporttransmision.Itroposesa practicalpathtobuildalong-termmechanism,namelyepeningthedevelopmentoftheintegratedindustryofagricultureand tourism,optimizingtherainingofhighervcationaltalents,improvingthepolicysupportsystem,andcultivatingagoodndustrial ecology.Thepurposeistopromotethecordinateddevelopmentoftheintegrationofagricultureandtourismandthereturnof vocationalcollgestudentstotheir hometowns,andtoasistrural talentrevitalizationprovidespracticalreference.
