Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofmodermnetworkinformationtechnology，educationandteachingincolegesand universitiesarealsofacingnewchallenges.Inrecentyears，inthecontextofnewagriculturalscienceandinacordancewith first-classcuriculumconstructionstandards，ourteachingteamhavecarredoutolineandoflineblendedteachingreformfor PlantPhysiologycourseandappliedittodailyteaching.Bybuildingonlineandoflineresources，Wehavebuilta"Three-inOne"teachingmodelthattakesteachersastheleadandstudentsasthemainbody，integratesonlineandoflineteaching，and combinesbefore，while，andafterclasss，reformingcurrculumevaluationmethods，etc.，thusefectivelysolving theproblemof teachingdiicultpoints，suchasnothighlightingthecentralpositionofstudentsinteaching，singleassessmentandevaluation methods，andinsuffcientintegrationofideologicalandpliticalelementsTheblendedteachingreforminPlantPhysiologyhas ensuredthe improvementof teaching quality，increasedstudents'interest in learning，andachieved godreformresults.
