Abstract:Therapiddevelopmentof economyandsocietyhaspromoted thecontinuousdeepeningofthereformof graduate educationin China.Postgraduatestudentsunderthesinglesubjecttrainingmodelcannolongermettheneedsof today's societyfortalents.Startingfromanalyzingthechange-drivenproblemofthedemandformodernagriculturaltalentsonthe trainingofgraduatestudentsmajoringinagronomyandseedindustry,thispaperdeeplydiscusestheinnovativetrainingmodel andreformmeasuresforgraduatestudentsmajoringinagronomyandsedindustryinthecontextofinterdisciplinarydisciplies. Thepurposeistointegratetheconceptofinterdisciplinarydisciplinesintotheentireprocessoftraininggraduatestudents majoringinagronomyandseedindustry,soastoenhancegraduatestudents‘awarenessofinnovationandinterdisciplinary integrationcapabilis,andtocultivatecompoundandapplication-orentedhighqualityagriculturaltalentswithstrongpractical and innovative capabilities.
