Abstract：Therapiddevelopmentof economyandsocietyhaspromoted thecontinuousdeepeningofthereformof graduate educationin China.Postgraduatestudentsunderthesinglesubjecttrainingmodelcannolongermettheneedsof today's societyfortalents.Startingfromanalyzingthechange-drivenproblemofthedemandformodernagriculturaltalentsonthe trainingofgraduatestudentsmajoringinagronomyandseedindustry，thispaperdeeplydiscusestheinnovativetrainingmodel andreformmeasuresforgraduatestudentsmajoringinagronomyandsedindustryinthecontextofinterdisciplinarydisciplies. Thepurposeistointegratetheconceptofinterdisciplinarydisciplinesintotheentireprocessoftraininggraduatestudents majoringinagronomyandseedindustry，soastoenhancegraduatestudents‘awarenessofinnovationandinterdisciplinary integrationcapabilis，andtocultivatecompoundandapplication-orentedhighqualityagriculturaltalentswithstrongpractical and innovative capabilities.
