Analysis of Automotive Electronic and Electrical Fault Detection Technology

Abstract:Thispaperresearchestecorechallngesofdifcultreal-tiedetectionofiddenfultsandinsufcientcouplinganaly sisfmultiplefaultsinutomaielectroicandelectrcalsystemsofneweergyvehicles,inordertoimproethacuracydefciencyoffaultdiagnosisforcomplexelectromechanicalsystems.Aierarchicalfultlocalizationframeworkisproposed,whichintegratesbarcodedetection,reverse inspection,dynamicthresholdpoweranalysis,andmulti-leveldiagnosticmethodsforcomponent breakdown,toachevesystematicientificatiooflectricalparameterabnoralities,mchanicaltresfures,ndsftarelogicdefects.The proposed method performed well in bench testing:the fault response time was shortened to 18ms ,the current detection accuracyreached ±0.2% FS,the ripple recognition rate was increased to 98.5% ,the misjudgment rate was reduced to 5.3% ,and the hidden power fault detection rate was increased by 34.2% .This integrated detection strategy significantly enhances the reliability and safetyof automotiveelectronicandelectricalsystems,providinganeficientandacuratefaultdiagnosissolutionformultidomaincontrlsys tems of new energy vehicles.
