Abstract:Whenaluminumaloyisusedforthelightweightdesignofbaterytrays innewenergyvehicles,themainshellof the trayisformedbasingle-piecestampingprocessusingthinaluminumalloyplates.Itisequippedwithasideimpactbuerzoeandan interaleinforcementtructuremadefrommetalextrudedprofiles.Thisapproachachieves lightweightdesignthroughstructuralptiizationand material selection.Performance evaluations show that this tray reduces weight by over 30% compared to traditional steel trays,significantlyimprovessalingperfomance,hancestheprotectionofaterieswiththesideimpactbuffroneoptizesthe stifess,rgthndodapfoaceoftteryackiheitealifenttrucureeassprducio cy,andreducescosts,providingapracticalandeffectivesolutionforthelightweightdesignofnewenergyehiclebateries.
