Abstract:Theidlevibrationlevelofatractorispoor.Intheframemodetestoftheproblemvehicle,thetestresultsshowthatthe firstmodefrequencyoftheframeisveryclosetotheexcitationfrequencygeneratedbytheidleignitionandtheframeresonanceleads tothepoorvibationisolatonofthepowertransuspensonistalltioendandtergeidevbrationUsingtemodalcofidcanalysis method,tesimulationmodelofthevehiclefiniteeementmodelisevaluatedforbenchmarking.Accordingtotheweaklinksfthe frame,thestructuraloptimiationshemeisproposdndtheoptimiationectiseriidthoughsimulatinaalysis,otopo vide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design of commercial vehicle frame.
