Abstract:Hubbearingisakeycomponentofnewenergyvehicleswithhighreliability.Basedontheworking mechanismand experimentaldata,thepredictionoftheremaininglifeofthbearinghas theproblemoflowaccuracyandpootimelines.Aimingatthe problem,digitaltwintechologycanconstructdigitaltwinsofubearingsacordingtoeevironmentalcharacteristicsinthework ingprocessofbearings.Thedigitaltwinismainlycompletedbytwosteps:modelconstructionandconditionalgenerativeadvesarial network(CGAN)training.Theconstructeddigitaltwincanprovidethewholelifeperformancedataofthebearingintheserviceprocessandacuratelyjudgethetrendofbearingperformanceatenuation.heresearchesultsavecertainpracticalreferencevalueforthe remaining life prediction of rolling bearings.
