Heat Dissipation Calculation for the Hydraulic System of Steering and Cooling in a Certain Heavy-duty Vehicle

Abstract:Foraddresing theoverheatingissueinsteeringandcoolinghydraulic systems ofaheavy-dutyvehicleunderextremeoperating conditions ( 2000r/min engine speed, 65‰ ambient temperature),this paper proposes a simple yet efficient thermal improvementsolutiontoughthoreticalcaulatioandexperietalaalysis,hchasenma-appledinthidgeeratioiclesri. Results show thatafter installingtheoil cooler,the maximum hydraulicoil temperature dropssignificantly from 113.2°C to $9 1 ~ \mathrm { \textmp } ~ \mathrm { \textmp } ~ \$ ,outperformingconventionalcoolingdesignsremarkablyTiloredtometthepracticalrequirementsoftheeavy-dutyvehicle,thissolutioneffectivelyresolvesthetechnicalchallngeofoiloverheating,providingvaluableeferencefortheraldesignofsiilarvehicle models.
