Abstract:This paper takes theEVmode failure faultofthe2021 Honda Gracehybrid modelastheresearchobject.Combining withthemaintenancepractice,itsystematicallyanalyzesthefaultphenomenondiagnosisprocessandslutionhroughthedecoder datastreamanalysis,sensorcircuitdetectionandthereplacementofthebaterymanagementsystem(BMs),itisfinallydeteed that thefaultcauseistheabnormalityoftheintealmoduleoftheBMS.Intiscase,theinfluenceofliveoperationonBMScomunicationisinovativelyproposedandtedierencesbetweenthestepsinteaitenancemanualandthectualoperationarerified. Thiscaseprovidesapracticalreferenceforthefaultdiagnosisoftehigh-voltagesystemofhybridvehicles,andhasguidingsignificance for improving the maintenance efficiency and safety.
