Diagnosis and Repair of the EV Mode Failure Fault of Hybrid Vehicle

Abstract:This paper takes theEVmode failure faultofthe2021 Honda Gracehybrid modelastheresearchobject.Combining withthemaintenancepractice,itsystematicallyanalyzesthefaultphenomenondiagnosisprocessandslutionhroughthedecoder datastreamanalysis，sensorcircuitdetectionandthereplacementofthebaterymanagementsystem（BMs），itisfinallydeteed that thefaultcauseistheabnormalityoftheintealmoduleoftheBMS.Intiscase,theinfluenceofliveoperationonBMScomunicationisinovativelyproposedandtedierencesbetweenthestepsinteaitenancemanualandthectualoperationarerified. Thiscaseprovidesapracticalreferenceforthefaultdiagnosisoftehigh-voltagesystemofhybridvehicles，andhasguidingsignificance for improving the maintenance efficiency and safety.
