Abstract:This paper proposes anoptimizationscheme basedonlightweightand modulardesign concepts tometthe performance improvementrequirementsofelectricdrivechassisforunmanedmultifunctionalvehicles.Thedesignprinciplesoftheintegratedvehiclecontrollrandrigidectricdriveaxlefortelectricdrivechassisareelaboratedindetailndteanti-nterferenceperfoanceof thesystemisimprovedbyeplacingdiscretecomponents withintegratedcomponentsandoptimizingelectricalconnections.Thepapr usesarigidelectricdrivebridgetointegratedrivingandbrakingfunctions,andadoptesadiscbakestructuretoehancebrakingperfor mance.Afterdesignverification,theoptimiedelectricdrivechasisacieves lghtweightwhilemaintaiingstructuralstrengthandeffectively improves operational applicability through modular functional expansion.
