Abstract:Thecarrageisthecorefunctionalmoduleoftepowersuplyvehicle,anditscoatingprocesissubjecttostrictquality andenvironmentalprotectionequrementsIesponsetoteinceasinghigqualitydemandsfranti-orosionanti-detioation andappearanceofpowersupplyvehiclecarragesundercomplex enviroments，aswellas theproblemthat existing integatedspraypaintakingworkshopsaredificulttomeetgreenemissionstandards，thiresearhwilltartwiththeoptimizationoftecoatigpr cessandcoatigorkshopforpowersuplyveiclecarrages.Troughadjustments tothecarragestructureandcoatigproesselectionofcoatingequipmentandenvironmentaltreatmentsystems，anddesignoftespatiallyoutoftecoatingworkshop，ahiguality，environmetallredlyentooicalatingutioforowerplyicleagesillproosdaly usingtheproposedcoatingprocess and workshopdesignscheme,theconstructionofanewcoatingworkshop willbecariedout，and thefeasibility andrationalityof the proposed scheme willbeverified through coating tests onatypeofpower suppy vehicle.
