Abstract:Thecarrageisthecorefunctionalmoduleoftepowersuplyvehicle,anditscoatingprocesissubjecttostrictquality andenvironmentalprotectionequrementsIesponsetoteinceasinghigqualitydemandsfranti-orosionanti-detioation andappearanceofpowersupplyvehiclecarragesundercomplex enviroments,aswellas theproblemthat existing integatedspraypaintakingworkshopsaredificulttomeetgreenemissionstandards,thiresearhwilltartwiththeoptimizationoftecoatigpr cessandcoatigorkshopforpowersuplyveiclecarrages.Troughadjustments tothecarragestructureandcoatigproesselectionofcoatingequipmentandenvironmentaltreatmentsystems,anddesignoftespatiallyoutoftecoatingworkshop,ahiguality,environmetallredlyentooicalatingutioforowerplyicleagesillproosdaly usingtheproposedcoatingprocess and workshopdesignscheme,theconstructionofanewcoatingworkshop willbecariedout,and thefeasibility andrationalityof the proposed scheme willbeverified through coating tests onatypeofpower suppy vehicle.
