Abstract:Theoptimizationdesignof theROPSfortheRoll-OverProtectivedeviceofadomesticminingdumptruckinvolvesobjectivesuchasqualityanddeformation,whichareconflictingandcannotbesimultaneouslyoptimized.Therefore,themuli-ojective optimizationdesignofthecabROPSisnecesary.Thispaperutilizes techniquessuchas nonlinearfite analysisandTS-HDMRapproximationmodeltoachieve twotansformationsofcabinROPSfromphysicalexperimentstomechanical modelsandthentoapproximatemathematicalmodels,ducingtestingcostsandimprovingoptimizationeficiencyAplingtheNGA-IItoulti-jectitimization,theParetooptimalsolutionsetisobtained,andthebestoptimizationschemeforthecabinROPSisselectedtomeetthedesign requirements while reducing the weight of the cabin ROPS by 27.36kg ,achieving lightweighting.
