Abstract:In viewof the problems of insufficientsoil carrying capacity,excessvesedimentationand liquefaction tendency,ground grouting isa commonlyused foundation treatment technique by improving theengineering properties of thesoil(such as strength,permeability,and stability).Itfilsthe holes and solidifies looseor weak layers by injecting afluid grout mixture.As the material penetrates into thesoilmatrix,theultimate goal is to improve groundwater management,foundation support,and overall geotechnical performance.Through the basic planning and constructionof infrastructureobjectssuch as excavationpits,various foundations,landreclamationandtidal flatconservation,during theprocessng,hydrogeology plays avitalrolein theengineering investigation,through the analysis of how water enters the ground,how water flows in the aquifer and how the groundwater interacts with the surrounding soil and rock,theresearch progress of grouting technology were summarized,the hydrogeological problems in the engineering investigation were analyzed,and corresponding measures and suggestions were put forward.
