Abstract：Broken bridge aluminum doors and windows have been widely used in recent years due to their good heat insulation，sound insulation and corrosion resistance，and the bonding and fixing of theircornershave always been an important factor affecting their structural strength and service life.A two-component polyurethane group corner glue suitable for door and window corner code linking was prepared from polyfunctional polyether polyol，multifunctional isocyanate，fumed silica andotherraw materials.The efects of polyether polyols，thixotropic agents and plasticizers on hardness，shear strength and other physical properties were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of 94% polyether A，5% polyether H，1% polyether A，8% thixotropic agent and 4.8% plasticizer，the selfdeveloped polyurethane two-component angle adhesive had high shear strength，high shore hardnessand good application performance
