建筑结构中钢筋螺纹连接节点冻融伤害减缓新技术研究

Abstract:Inorder to improve the durabilityand safetyof steel thread connection structure inbuildings under freezethaw environment,a freeze-thaw damage mitigation method for steel thread connection joints of polyurethane rubber sleeve is proposed,and the mitigation effctand damagemechanismof steel thread jointsunderthis methodare explored.Theresultsshow that the tension loss of the joint in theearlystage of the freeze-thaw cycleiseffectively slowed down after the polyurethane rubber sleeve thread connection joint is used.The maximum number of cycles of cracks inthe concrete specimens formed at room temperature is 15O times,compared with6times without polyurethane rubber sleeve thread connection joint.The maximum number of cycles of cracks in concrete specimens formed atlow temperature is 43 times.Compared with4 times without polyurethane rubber sleeve threaded connection,the damage time of the specimens is greatlydelayed,which proves the efectiveness of the method in alleviating freezethaw damage.
