纤维复材医疗器械应用性能优势与采购成本控制

Abstract:Basedon the demand for electromagnetic shielding performance and thermal stability offiber composites in hospital equipment under the background of cost control,the efects of graphenecontent on the microstructure, microstructure and properties offibercomposites were investigated by adding graphene with diferent content to fiber composites.The results showed that the addition of graphene improved the interfacial adhesion between the carbon fiberand the resin matrix,and the carbon fiber would not be pulled out in large quantities when subjected to the same applied load.The addition of graphene to fiber compositescould help improve the thermal stabilityof composites.Under the same electromagnetic frequency,the total eficiency of fibercomposites fromhigh to low was: G0.49,GO.78,GO.34,GO.15,GO,and when the graphene content was 0.49% ,the composite materials had the highest total eficiencyandthebestelectromagneticshieldingability,which issuitableforapplicationinhospitalequipment composites under the background of cost control.

随着信息化技术的快速发展以及对医疗系统成本控制要求的提高,尤其是当成本控制参与到医院的决策过程中时,医院器械的整体质量和服役性能将决定医院的决策效率和服务质量,这就对医院器械(直接或者间接用于人体的仪器、设备、器具等)的各项性能提出了更高的使用需求,如纤维复合材料医疗器械除需要满足传统材料已有的物理和化学性能外,还需要具有良好的电磁屏蔽性能和热稳定性等。(剩余5159字)
