高弹性环氧基裂缝修补材料在绿色墙体修复中的应用

Abstract:In order torepair and improve the performance of cracked green building walls,the application of high-elastic epoxy-based crack repair materials in therepair of green building wals was studied.Afterthe high-elasticity epoxy crack repair material was preparedbybisphenol Aepoxy resin,it was injected into the cracks of green building wall specimens prepared byBO5 flyash aeratedconcrete blocked bychemical grouting method,and the mechanical properties and durabilityof the test specimens were tested by microcomputer hydraulicuniversal test.The test results showed thattheprepared high-elasticity epoxy-based crack repair material had beter performance and met the performance requirements of GB/T50728-2011 for modified epoxy-based concrete crack grout.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimens were greater than 33 MPa and 3 MPa after the repair of the gren building wall,and the mechanical properties were improved.After repairing thecracks in the green building wall,theelectrical flux value of the wall met the standard value of 655 C,and the mechanical properties and durability of the wall were repaired and improved.

在当前的绿色建筑工程施工中,一些裂缝仅出现在墙体表面,此类裂缝对墙体的承载性能不存在明显影响,但某些裂缝会出现在墙体内部结构,此类裂缝不但对墙体内部结构承载力存在直接影响,且影响墙体的使用性能[1-2]。(剩余5619字)
