Abstract:The maintenance process of polyurethane sealant adesive joints for urban rail vehicles was studied in depth by using the Taguchi design method.The cuting and repairing process of the aging rubber layer in the maintenance process was studied,the two influencing factors of the incision section shapeand the length of the cross - section glue lineofthe maintenance rubber surface were selectedas thevariable factors,and the tensile strength of the maintenance rubber strip body was selected asthe response data.The Taguchi method was used to analyze the responsedata before and after the aging of the rubber strip,and the optimal combination of maintenance processes was selected.According tothe optimal conditions,the strength verification wascompleted,and the reasons for the change of experimental data before and after aging were analyzed,and practical suggestions were put forward for the maintenance process of polyurethane sealant adhesive joints
