Abstract:Inactual production,due toartificialoraccdental factors,diffrent proportionsofsolid wasteurea-formaldehyderesin are often produced.In order to realize the resourceutilization of the waste resinand reduce environmental pollution,based onthereversiblereactioncharacteristicsof urea-formaldehyderesin,thedegradation treatment method wascarried out byheat treatment,and the characteristics of the pyrolysis productand itsresin application potential were analyzed.The results showed that glyoxal was usedas the heat treatment solvent to degrade the acidic viscous uniform solution with a dark yellow appearance,with a solid content of 54~58% and a viscosity of70~171mPa's with different amounts of glyoxal.Structural analysis showed that it had similar group composition and molecular weight distribution characteristicsasordinary urea-formaldehyderesins.Further evaluationof resinizationapplications showed that the performance of direct use as aresin could not meet the standard requirements, and the ideal bonding strength and water resistance could be obtained after tackifying treatment.
