Abstract:The failed sample is a smart sports bracelet from a manufacturer,andthe screen and shellare bonded together by hotmeltadhesive,and the material is polyurethane.During use,the screen and the shellappear to be disbonded.Inorder to find thereason for the debonding of the screen and the shell,the electronic morphologyand principal component comparison of the scree surface and the shellsurface of the debonded screen and the unused sports bracelet were carried out,and the components were compared by solution extraction.The results showed that thereason for the debonding of the screen and the shell wasthat the hot melt adhesive was attackedby squalene,oleicacidand other substances inartificial sweat,which ledtothedecreaseof theadhesive adhesion of the hot melt adhesiveand causeddebonding.Finally,through verification,it was confirmedthat artificialsweat would indedreduce the adhesion of polyurethane hot melt adhesive,and it is recommended to choose polybutylene adipate glycol polyurethane with high content,which is not easy to be eroded.
