Abstract:The efects of silica fume and gas silicon with diferent dosages and fineness on the properties of planting baradhsive were discussed.Theresults showthat the finer the silica fume particles,the greater the density of the matrix,andthe higher the compressivestrengthand spliting tensile strength.With the increaseof silica fume,the tensile shear strength and forward tensile bonding strength decrease,and the resistance to damp heat aging will be atenuated.The increase intheamountof gas silicon is notconducive to the formationof aregular cross-linked network structureof the planting baradhesive,andthestrength decreasessignificantly,onthecontrary,it willbe weakened by high temperature damage,and the atenuation range of heat aging resistance will be reduced.Therefore,it was determined thatthe planting bar adhesive prepared by3.5parts of gas silicon and175 parts of3OO mesh silica fume could meet the standard of grade A glue in GB 5O728—2O11,and had excelent heat aging resistance and damp heat aging resistance.The reinforcement glue is applied to the U-shaped reinforcement of the tunnel cushion splicing joint,which can play a good anchoringrole.
