运动鞋底粘接用环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂性能研究

Abstract:Toluene disocyanate (TDI),dihydroxymethylpropionicacid(DMPA)and polyester polyol were used as raw materials,and then self-emulsified in water after distribution prepolymerization,and the performance of adhesives made from them was studied. The results showed that when the DMPA content was 3%~8% ,the adhesive performance was stable,and its viscosity would increase withthe gradual increaseofDMPAcontent.There were certain diferences inreaction timeand temperature indiferent reactionstages.The additionof deionized water,salt formationand emulsificationat the same time could achieve good emulsion performance.Ading water dissolved with triethylamine to the prepolymer could effectively avoid the aggregation of particles after dispersion and achieve good emulsion performance.

我国作为全球最大的鞋类生产、消费以及出口大国,在人们生活水平逐渐提升和审美能力越来越高情况下,国际技术贸易壁垒也越来越苛刻,促进了我国各种制鞋新工艺以及新材料的产生和应用,越来越多制鞋企业开始在运动鞋生产中,选择环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,以适应国际市场环境下对于新材料以及新工艺的要求[12]。(剩余5590字)
