Abstract:In order to reduce construction waste and improve the permeability of urban roads,a regenerated agregate was modified with a dispersible polymer powder (VAE)solution,and then the modified recycled aggregate was combined with cement,gravel,polypropylene fiber and other materials to prepare a permeable material.The test results showed that VAE modified recycled aggregate was beneficial to improve the mechanical properties of permeable materials,but would reduce their permeability.The increase of recycled aggregate content was negativelycorrelated withthe mechanical propertiesof permeablematerials,and positivelycorrelated with itspermeability.Inthetest,when 30% modified recycledaggregate was mixed into the permeable material,the compressive strength and spliting tensile strength of thematerial were 24.O MPaand2.85 MPa,respectively,and the porosityand permeabilitycoeficient were 13.1% and 2.34mm/s ,respectively.This kind of permeable material has good comprehensive performance and certain environmental protection,and has a certain potential value in urban road engineering applications.
