多传感器数据融合下气体密度继电器自动温控技术研究

Abstract:In view ofthefact that the previous automaticcontrolmethodofhigh and low temperature compensation error of gas densityrelayadoptsasinglenoisereduction treatment method,which leads tothepoo efectoferrorcontrol,an automatic control method of high and low temperaturecompensation errorof gas densityrelayunder multi-sensordata fusion wasdesigned.Underthe fusionof multi-sensordata,thecolecteddata wasconverted intodiferentdigital signal states,theextremevaluepointsinthestatewerejudged,thenoisewasreduced,theerorcharacteristicreshold wascalculated,andtheautomaticerorcontrol physicalmodel wasconstructed,realizing theautomaticcontrol of relayhighand lowtemperature compensationeror.Inthe experimental test,therelativeeror wasusedas theevaluation index,comparedwith thepreviouscontrolmethods,theaveragerelativeerorofthedesignedautomaticcontrolmethodundermultisensor data fusionwas smaller,only O.O3,and the error control effectisbetter.
