Abstract：ObetieTssesstefcacyoftgballobdwithuprightostiosinmidwiferyursingofpriparanditseto relivinglabordoegotalaeofbosodingtodbrbleetoiad TianjiHepingNwCenturyWomen'sadCdren'sHspialfromJunetoJune wredividedintocotrolgoup（0priparasanda stdgoup（as）ooeedieddedil combinedissisisioddeaoefd wereomparedetweenthetwogroupsResultsCoparedwiththeontrolgrouptheaturaldeliveryrateofthestudygroupashghedte cesarean section rate and vaginal midwifery rate were lower（ P- <0.05）.Compared with the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the control group，thincdenceofdesepregncoucosidyouaoer（O5）.ompaedwithotrolopteistagefbo the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter （ P< 0.05），while no significant diference was observed in the third stage of labor between the two groups（ P>0.05 .Compared with the pain degree of the control group，the VASscoreof thelatent period，active period and second stage of labor in the study group was lower（ P<0.05） .Conclusion The application effect of birthing ball combined with upright positions inmidwiferysigofparaisctichanpoeualelieyateproeedersepauoe，eotal stage of laborandreduce thepainof delivery.
