Application of Laparoscopic Stump Purse-string Suture Combined with Silk Suture Ligation in Acute Suppurative Appendicitis and its Effect on Operation Time and Postoperative Infection Rate

Abstract：ObetiveTexploretheaplicationefetoflaparosopicstumppursestringsuturecombinedwithsilksutureligationiacute suppurativeappediisdisetopeatiotndtoperatieifectioateodsAtotalof6Oasitteatie appendicitisadmitedtoYifengCountyHospialofTraditioalChineseMedicinefromJanuaryO22toJune225wereselectedasteseac objects.Thyerdivedintocontrolgoup3Opatints）ndbsevatiogroup（Opatients）byandomumberabletodTheotrolgroup underwentlaparosopicplesureiooftepedindtbeaiooudetarosopicuringe combinedwihiualosci） （PCT）hitell）eo postoperatietioticlaiototalspiatiotie）dideeofdeeactiossiofetioboaltio intestinaladhesio，tumplakage）werecompaedbetwentetworoups.ResultsThetotalfectiveateofteservatiogoup 96.67% ）was higher than that of the control group（ 76.67% ）（ P<0.05 ）.Aftertreatment，the inflammatory indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .Theintraoperativebloodlossintheobservationgroupwaslower than thatinthecontrol group，thegastrointestinal functioncoveyiostopatiotaiodotalspitalioesteaoseitrodte operation time was longer than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The postoperative infection rate of the observation group （3.33 % ）was lower than that of the control group 20.00% ），and theincidence of total adverse reactions （6.67 % ）was lower than that of the control group （26.67 % ）（ P<0.05 ） ConclusionLaparoscopicstumppursestringsuturecombinedwithsilksutureligationanimprovethecliicalefacyofacutesuraive appendicitisuatooseatiaddeduoatetiatedd reactions，which has high clinical application value.
