Effectof Volarand Radial Plate Fixation on Radius Morphology and Wrist Function inPatientswithComminutedDistalRadiusFracture

Abstract：ObjectiveTanaletheetofvolaranddialplatefixatioondusmorpholoandwristfuctioninpatientswithoiuted distalradiusfrceethsroachtbaryOatitsiommuedistaldrcreratdiousialee selectedastheseactsyrdivideditooodseatioodombeabletoditaitsc group.Tecotrolgouastratedwitholarplatefaiodtseatiogrouastreatedwitholaddialplatefatioelcal eficacyclialieee（VAe）doeoarlaaialig （Gartland-WerlyoredWEcorendompcatioateerecompaedetwnthtogrous.esultseeceltdodatete observation group （80.00% ）was higher than that in the control group （66.67 % ）（ P< 0.05）.The operation time of the observation group was longer than thatfthcotoloaopatieodlossseaeaatofeoolodcueliisatf the control group（ P 0.05），whiletheVASscoreoftheobservationgroupat12and24hafteroperationwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup（ P< 0.05）.The postoperativeoartiluarcliatiddialigtfooupseeeatetoforeaiondofa group were greater than those of the control group （ P< 0.05）.The Gartland-Werley score and PRWE score of the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation，and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05 .The incidence of complications in the observation group （6.67 % ）waslower than thatin thecontrol group（ 20.00% ） P<0.05 ）.Conclusion The treatment of comminuted distal radius fracturewithoaddallatefiatiorooteproveentfdsoloentopliatiosrooteofst functionproeddtelidueitsf clinical application.
