Clinical Study of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Combined with Electro Acupuncture and Diankuang Mengxing Decoction in the Treatment of Perioperative Delirium inElderlyPatientswithHipFracture

Abstract：Oeiateeofcoctdierda andWesteriieoioperatieelierlyitsiicedtrifissethsAdod studydesignwasusedtoincludeOOelderlypatientswitheliumduringhipfracturesurgeryadmitedtoichuanOtopadicHospitalfrom Januar223toDeber4yeadmlydividedintexperientalgou（n=5andtolo（50codingt：tol groupwastreateditRASoutiaageetaaie，ndteexperetalopastratediERAelectrocuucre Neiguan，Bainta）oidDauangengxingcociocideeeerityndelatedoecalideesofele comparedbetwenthogousRepeatedmeasusaalysisofvraceasustovauatethetieetandintergroupefecsulse duraionofeliostopeatiespiaaioadblatioinxperitalouelorteraite controlgroupOdtetreattosfeltingaeR），iaictialed Clinical Global Impresson-Severity（CGI-SI）intheexperimental group werelower than thosein thecontrol group（ P<0.05） ，and the levels of serum IL-6，TNF- α and S10OB protein were decreased（ P<0.05） .The total effective rate of the experimental group（ 88.00% ） was higher than that of the control group （66.00% ） P <0.05）.Therewasno significant differenceintheincidence of adverse reactionsbetween thetwo groups P>0.05） ConclusionERAScombinedwithintegratedtradionalChineseandWesternmedicinecanreducetheriskofdeliriumbyregulating neuroinflammatory response and improve clinical prognosis，with good safety.
