Abstract：ObeTdeoelaetwfeloityduatitdex（ofidealedsf patientswithcerebralhmoageafteroperatonMethodsFiftypatientswithcerebralhemoragehouderwentsurgicaltreatentiYdu CountyHospitalofTaditioalCineseediiefroJne2toJne25ereseleedsthesechoectseyereflodufor dasafteratoetoisedtouialodato3）se ultrasoundasusedtoexainetheafoelocityMndpusatitnde（ftideebralrteyteogroelical data[age，genderICUospitalizaiotiriaryseaseGlasgowoaScale（GCS）sorecomplcatiosracanialprure（P）， characteristicsbaloatiooe）ltl comparedbetwoutiatestealdascoofosial andthecorrlaodgosftsealesulsaaUspial PI，MFV，GCSscoreand ICPinthe death group weresignificantlydifferent from thoseinthesurvival group（ P<0.05 ，but there was no significant differenceingender，age，primary disease，complicationsand mechanicalventilation time between thetwo groups（ P> 0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showedthatabnoallevelsofICGCSandMFVererisfactorsaectingteprogosisofpatientswithcerebralhemoter operation （ P⋅ <0.05）.SpeaanoelaionalysissowdtattrogosisfpatisfebalmohagasgaivelyoeladihI andpositively correlated with MFV（ P <0.05）.Conclusion MFVand PI haveacertaincorrelationwith the prognosisof patients with cerebral hemorrhagefteeratioItisofeatsignificanceteaateteonditiofpatintsitebralmoageafteperatioichs worthy of clinical attention.
