大脑中动脉平均流速(MFV)、搏动指数(PI)与脑出血术后患者预后的相关性研究

Abstract:ObeTdeoelaetwfeloityduatitdex(ofidealedsf patientswithcerebralhmoageafteroperatonMethodsFiftypatientswithcerebralhemoragehouderwentsurgicaltreatentiYdu CountyHospitalofTaditioalCineseediiefroJne2toJne25ereseleedsthesechoectseyereflodufor dasafteratoetoisedtouialodato3)se ultrasoundasusedtoexainetheafoelocityMndpusatitnde(ftideebralrteyteogroelical data[age,genderICUospitalizaiotiriaryseaseGlasgowoaScale(GCS)sorecomplcatiosracanialprure(P), characteristicsbaloatiooe)ltl comparedbetwoutiatestealdascoofosial andthecorrlaodgosftsealesulsaaUspial PI,MFV,GCSscoreand ICPinthe death group weresignificantlydifferent from thoseinthesurvival group( P<0.05 ,but there was no significant differenceingender,age,primary disease,complicationsand mechanicalventilation time between thetwo groups( P> 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showedthatabnoallevelsofICGCSandMFVererisfactorsaectingteprogosisofpatientswithcerebralhemoter operation ( P⋅ <0.05).SpeaanoelaionalysissowdtattrogosisfpatisfebalmohagasgaivelyoeladihI andpositively correlated with MFV( P <0.05).Conclusion MFVand PI haveacertaincorrelationwith the prognosisof patients with cerebral hemorrhagefteeratioItisofeatsignificanceteaateteonditiofpatintsitebralmoageafteperatioichs worthy of clinical attention.
