udy on the Correlation Between MRI Diffusion Weighted Imaging and Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Map in the Diagnosis of Acute Cerebral Infarctionand NIHSS Score

Abstract：OjectieToivestigatethlicatiovaueofiusioegdimaingobdwitentfusiot （ADC）mapinhedagosisofcutecereralifarctianditsorelationwithteNatioalIstitutesofHealthStrokeScale（Sore MethodAtotalofOpatintcutecerebalifrctiodidtoJCaleople'sospitalfrouaytJaua5ee selectedstheahtscodigtaostes，tddinttrououtiaatio，itsd observationgoup（WcombinedwithDCmapxaination4Opatients）.Tesigalchanges，lesionetectionateanddagoiccacy （sensitivityciie <6h ， acutephas6dubacuteased-3seompadetwnthetogousAteetieecoelationeeeDial intensityADdoeooaldsulialofebalftoit observationgroupasetertanthatofthecoooup：inhehyperacutepaseandacuteaseteDWoftesevatiogopshoweigh slightlyhigh signal（ 100.00% ），and theADC showed low/slightly low signal（ 100.00% ），there wasno obvious specificity of DWI signal and ADC signal inthecontrolgoup;inbacutesetseatiogouolgtlqlialodalgalo（ihl noraliztion"）leotodiDaldalIuteseteteots the observation group （ 100.00% ） was higher than that in thecontrol group （81.50% ）; in thesubacute phase，the detection rate of the observation group 0 75.00% ）was lower than that of the control group（ 100.00% ） P<0.05 ）.Thediagnosticsensitivityspecificity，accuracy，positivepredictivevalueand negative predictive value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （ P- <0.05）.TheDWI signal intensityand ADC value of diferentNIHSS score groups intheobservation groupwere statisticallysignificant（ P<0.05 ）.Pearsoncorrelationanalysisshowed thatDWIsignal intensity waspositively correlated with NIHSS score（ r=0.826 ， P 0.000），and ADC valuewas negatively correlated with NIHSS score（r=-0.798， P -0.000）. ConclusionDediaproetagostfcuteerebalfartiospallacuteduted DWIsignalintensityandADCvaluearelearlyeatedtoNSsoreItcanbeusedsanimagingreferenceindextoevaluatetheeeeof neurological deficit in patients，and hasimportant clinical application value.
