EffectofPostauricularInjection of Glucocorticoid Combined with Batroxobin onHearinginPatientswithSuddenDeafness

Abstract：ObectiveTseetfofsaularetofucocortdombdiatrooboigipatitsihd deafnessMetosAtotalf8patientsithsuddendeafessoeredagodndtreatediourospitalfromMarchltoch5ere selectedastheeseactsyrediddtoodoeratioooumbeableetoitsc group.Thecotooaditroondheaiooadithsaiooooiosi ofhontrollil reactionswerecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.ResultsThetotalefetiveateofthebservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecotrol group （92.68 % vs. 82.93% ）（ P<0.05 .Thepure tone hearing thresholdand auditory evokedpotential of thetwo groupswere lower than those before treatment，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ Pe 0.05）.The THI score of the two groups waslower than that before treatment，and thatof the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P< 0.05）.The disappearance time of tinitus，ear tightnes， vertigo and hearing recovery time in theobservation group were shorter than those in the control group （ P< 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group （ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion Postauricular injection of glucocorticoid combinedwithatroxobinositieftonargcoveryinatisihsddendefs.Inicklyitelicalstosf patientsprohoaitetoonucdodetdi method for clinical treatment of sudden deafness.
