Abstract：ObjectiveTexplorethefectofodifedB-Lynchsutureotheincideneofomplicatiosdcoaulationfuctiointitsi postpartumemoageMtosAtotalofO6arturientsitostpamoagereatediTanjdogTantispialfro August2021tougustO23wereselectedastheresearchobjectseyweredividedintostudygroupndontrolgoupbyandomumberable method，with5arurintsichoup.heotroloupastreateditharboprosttometameobditterieompreioure whilethstdyopastreatedwitharboprostroethainecoiedwithodifiedB-Lychsuture.Thelicaldexes（intraoativead postoperatieingatiositioistalcoeoactedl thooplasti）ie （FC）foll thetwogroupssultseatiesopatiguatioispiltioidstali inthestudygrouperelowertantoseintheontrolgroup（POO5）.eFBevelofhetudygoupaftertreatmentashigherthaatfe control group，while the PTand APTT were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05 .ThelevelsofE2，AMH，AFC，FSHandLHinthestudy group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group 0 Pe <0.05），but there was no significant difference in the hysterectomy rate between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion Modified B-Lynch suture is effetiveinthreaetofostparmoahcativelyducethoperatiendostopeativebledingo theoperaiosialiodsalcopolatouciodrtifd high safety.
