Efficacy Analysis of Baloxavir Marboxil and Oseltamivir in the Treatment of Influenza in Children

Abstract：ObjectiveTocomparetheclinicalosetime，efcacyandsidfetsofbaloavirabaloxavirndoelamivirinthraetf inflenzaicienbadtodcoroudyMethdtotalof5peiatricpatientsaged5-4yeardagosdithifud treatednteoutpatitdparntofurospitalfroJuaryoDecebr4dolylatedusingadoumbrabledito twogroupsit8iscouloiabiloedoiabilblesdelaio oseltamivirospateauleseloingtcosereparedetetetoutietoptosolutiooportioof withresidualrspaoptoefetlicalacoftialatiteddcf adversedrugreactiosesultsTeantipyreticendoughndunyoseelieftieintealoxavirarboxilgoupereetertatosen the oseltamivir group（ P<0.05 ）.The proportionofchildrenwith residual respiratorysymptomsafter14daysof treatment inthebaloxavir marboxil group was lower than that in the oseltamivir group （ P<0.05 .On the 5th day of treatment，the cure rate and improvement rate of the baloxavir marboxil groupwerehigher than those of the oseltamivir group （ P<0.05 ），buttherewasnodifference inthe total effectiveratebetweenthetwogroups（ P> 0.05）. Onthe5thdayoftreatment，thevirusnegativeconversionrateinthebaloxavimarboxilgoupashigherthantatintheoseltamiirgoup（ P<0.05） Theincidence of nauseaand vomiting in the baloxavir marboxil group was lower than that in theoseltamivir group（ P <0.05），and there was no difference in the incidence of diarrheaand headachebetween the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion Baloxavir marboxil is effectivein the treatment of influenzaIspeeiissotefdpotf fer4daofreatureateoftreatdatieoesiatefAtetdcefde such as nausea and vomiting is low，and the overall safetyis better.
