Abstract：ObjeieTudyetofJanbngfoulaobditesearlyoteoarthriis（KOA）dale itsefectontheWsteOndMsterUveitiOsteoatisIndex（WMC）soedCsdromstprodbsisfor clinicaltreatentMetdsAtotalofpatitsitrlyKOdmiedtoWuweHospitalfditoalCseedicinfroOoe October21wereseletedasthseahectsdtyrdividedintootroloundseatiogoadoumbrablod with4lpatientsiachoupotoloasreatedioalgucosaepsulesdteatoosratediaJai Tongforuladialcootiiat swellng），WOCsores （pain，stiess，pysilogicalfunction）andsruminflmmatoryactorsmornecrosisacto α （TNF-α），interleukin-10 （L-10）]levelsfoedfeetoaedetntooupsesulseotalieateoftseatiooupas （20 92.68% ，which was higher than 75.61% of the control group（ P<0.05） .Before treatment，there were no significant diffrences in the scores of TCM syndromes，WOMAC scores and the levels of TNF- ∇⋅αα∝ and IL-10 between the two groups P>0.05 ）.After treatment，the scoresof joint stifess， limitedactivitytodeieoai） and physiological function scores of WOMAC in theobservation group were lower thanthose inthecontrol group（ P< 0.05）.Thelevelofserum TNF（20 α intheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup，andthelevelofIL-1Owashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）. ConclusionJuanbiTongfoulacombinedwithxercisetherapyinetreatmentofarlyKOAcaniproveclinicalefcacyproveC syndromesandknee jointfunction，andregulatethelevelof inflammatoryfactors，whichhas highclinicalapplicationvalue.
