Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheexpressoofTNC17inbreascancertisusnditsechismMethdsFromJunetoJune 2023，60cassdcdropaofsoeateadl HospialTeiisescntiseeedaloeti chainreaction（C）.TxpressoofTDC7ineastercellsF，B2ndumanoaleastcel wasdetectedbyRT-CR.ThecellineMDAMB231withhghexpressonofTXNDC7wasselectedasthebjecTeyweredividedinto experimentalgoasfeediiatiotroloasediiorndlankoaualo cels）.AfteureteeessoofaseedCdestbotCCK-ssudtetettecellleo abilityfachpndansellsetetettelliasioilitfacoupesulseexpreioeelon breast cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues （ P< 0.05），and the expression of TXNDC17 waspositively correlated with the histological grade，Ki-67 expression rate and lymph node metastasis rate of breast cancer（ P =0.031，0.022，0.035）.The expression level of TXNDC17 in breast cancercell lines MCF7 and MDAMB231 was higher than that in MCF10A cell line（ P <0.05）.After transfection with TXNDC17 inhibitor，the expressionlevelsofTXNC17NAandproteinintheexperimentaloupwerewerthantoseintenegativecontrolgoupdtheblankgroup （ P< 0.05），andeoltdsiolifpld）csi breastcedi inhibitingtheexpressionlevelofTXNDC17，theproliferationand invasionabilityofbreastcancercelsdecreasedsignificatly.
