Influence on the Comparison the Name of the Disease Diagnosis with the Classification Code toImprovetheQualityoftheFirstPageofMedicalRecords

Abstract：OjectieTvestigateeimpctofomparingthaeofiseasedosisithhasificatioodtprotalityf thefrstpageofedicalcdsMetdsFroJuary2toecemberOOpatientsdmitedtojinountyeople'sspialee chosenanddividedintoacontrolgroupandastudygroupusingaandomumbertable，ithOpatientsinachTecotrlgoupfldutthe firstpageofdcalotioallileeudodioallaasisedasiioodc completeness，ataosistenducessatefdicalisuraeibuseetreaedtwntooupsesuley groupdemosaedcilguotddesdtoooiatiialyfi （PO.05）.etaopetesfstgofecalcodiyopsgehaatiotolod was statistically significant（ P<0.05） .The data consistency of the front page of medical records in thestudy group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）.The success rate of medical insurance reimbursement in the study group was higher thanthatntheontrolgroup，tediferenceasstatistiallysignifiant（POO5）ConclusioThomparisonfdiseasedagossed clssifcatiodigpealitfscalodsproacypleesosistet pageofmdicalecodsndicreaseeucessateofeialisuraneeibursemetIiwortofopularzationdlicatioi clinical practice.
